Phaser
Welcome to Phaser
Phaser is a web-based tool that identifies if a set of loci are overrepresented with a particular phase of expression under some diurnal or circadian time course. Several well studied genomes with publicly released diurnal data are available for use as Phaser backgrounds, all of which are taken from Diurnal. If we are missing a genome or condition that you would like to see, feel free to let us know.
News
Phaser is re-released.
Phaser has been updated and is now publicly available again. The actual statistical tests that are used in Phaser are slightly different than what was used in the past, but they are more accurate. You can read about the details of how Phaser works on the about page.
